I'm feeling a little punk still from the surgery and the Vicodin (I didn't mention this, did I?). I hope I can make up (or at least make you forget) by showing some pics of my new love:
She and I have been talking, and trying to overcome our language barrier (she's Polish, you know). I'm starting to understand her name, but I'll have to get back to you on it. In this Vicodin stupor, all I can say is: I love her.
Finally, in honor of the surgery, Terry made some scones for me:
I'm sure the shape was just a coincidence, right?

Hope your feeling better soon and spinning on you new wheel. Hugs!
Glad you're home and looove the vicodin. Nice wheel. Also like the looks of the wheel boy. Look for a little something in the mail. Think of it as a feeling better gift.
Damn, girl! Nice wheel! And way to stand up straight after surgery! WOOOOOHOOOOO you rock!
So, whatcha gonna spin first?
And I love this Terry chic more and more every time you mention her.
Whoo-hoo. Can't wait to see what you produce with the wheel. Hope the vicodin is not needed for long and that you're promptly recovered.
Nice wheel!! Hope you feel better soon, and why didn't you mention surgery when I was regaling you with my trip to hospital? I feel a fraud now LOL
Wow, the scones ranked a photo even? (I admit, I took a photo of one before I brought them over. Evidently I find my own sense of humor just-oh-so-funny.)
OH she's beautiful! I hope you two are getting along well :o)
My traditional came with a new leather attachment for the footman which was very squeaky...until I oiled the crap out of it. So, if your Minstrel is making the annoying squeaky noises just oil the hell out of it - mineral oil works very well :o) (I think I remember that being one of the things you didn't like when you tried the wheel at Hot & Hazy)
Can't wait to see what you've spun :o) AND I hope you're doing well :o)
